- If a permit requires transfer from one permit holder to another, all required signatures on the transferring the permit section need to be completed.
- Permit authorisers must ensure by inspection that all works associated with the permit management system have been completed correctly and that the work area has been reinstated to safe operations once the work outlined in the permit has been completed.
